Andrea founded the firm's Co-investment and Secondaries practices in 2016 and 2017, respectively, and is the chair of the Co-investment and Secondaries Investment Committees. She is also a member and former longstanding chair of the firm’s Private Investment Committee.

All told Nazemi has nearly three decades of private markets experience, having worked as both a general partner and limited partner investor since 1998, with a particular emphasis on direct and co-investment opportunities. Before joining the firm in 2017, she co-founded Aldea Capital Partners, where she served as a partner. Earlier in her career, she was a partner and investment committee member with GCM Grosvenor's Customized Fund Investment Group, then known as Credit Suisse CFIG.
